Educator Services section of ProStart® Web Site

If you have a login ID to access secure sections of www.nraef.org or www.servsafe.com and have administered a ProStart exam (sent answer sheets to NRA Solutions for official grading) since 1998, your information will automatically be transferred to the new site and you will have immediate access to the new Educator Services section.

  • If you have any difficulty logging in, please contact NRA Solutions Exam Administration department at certification@restaurant.org or 800.765.2122 ext 6703.

If you have a login ID to access secure sections of www.nraef.org or www.servsafe.com, but have not administered a ProStart exam (sent answer sheets to NRA Solutions for official grading), you must

  1. 1. Send an email to certification@restaurant.org
  2. 2. In your email "subject" line type: "Request for ProStart Class and Exam Access Rights" - must include the word ProStart in the subject line
  3. 3. In your message body, include the following information:
    • That you currently have a login, and are requesting access to the new ProStart Educators group
    • Your current login ID
    At the onset of this registration process, due to anticipated high activity, it may take 5-7 business days for your account to be updated.

If you do not have a login ID to access secure sections of www.nraef.org or www.servsafe.com, you must

  1. Send an email to certification@restaurant.org
  2. In your email "subject" line type: "Request for ProStart Class and Exam Access Rights" - must include the word ProStart in the subject line
  3. In your message body include the following information:
  4. NRA Solutions will email you a login ID and password to initially access the system. At the onset of this registration process, due to anticipated high activity, it may take 5-7 business days to receive your login ID and password.
